April 1 | Community Circle Dialogue, with Advoz

April Community Circle Topic: “Building Bonds with Humor”

We interrupt the news cycle of what divides us with the opportunity to find what connects us! Join us as we share and listen to each other’s stories of what it means to belong. Together, we’ll reflect on how we can create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

We hope you’ll join us for our next Community Circle on April 1 at Neighbors Community Center, 450 Prince Street from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Let us know you are coming by registering at advoz.org/events

Community Circles provide a safe and welcoming environment for people from all walks of life to come together and connect through conversation around various topics.  Through open-hearted conversation on the first Tuesday of each month, we aim to foster empathy, understanding, and a sense of shared humanity.

Share. Listen. Connect.

Circle Dialogues are designed to be inclusive! This ancient practice brings people together together, strengthening our capacity for human connection across areas of commonality and difference. Join us in creating this hope for stronger communities.

  • Share Stories. Circles focus our sharing on personal experiences that have impacted us, rather than simply ideologies or opinions.
  • Listen. The slower pace and order of Circles encourage deep listening, and understanding across diverse viewpoints.
  • Build Connection. Stories connect and strengthen us, individually and collectively.

First Tuesday of the month (different themes each month), 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Facilitated by Advoz. Hosted by Neighbors Community Center,  450 N. Prince Street. Lancaster, Pa.
